Exclusive Auction: Bid for Berlinale Poster Signed by Rupert Grint, Fredrik Bond & Til Schweiger!

sitenewsMarch 10, 2013, 6:25 am– We only have one more Rupert Grint goodie from Berlinale to share with all you wonderful fans, and this time we are auctioning off a very special Berlinale 2013 poster signed by Rupert Grint, Fredrik Bond and Til Schweiger.
The poster was autographed by the guys the day of our exclusive interview which occured the day after the International Premiere of The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman at the Berlin International Film Festival (Sunday, February 10th 2013).

We are auctioning off this amazing poster because Rupert made a very special and personal request – he wanted this poster to raise money for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital where a friend of his family is undergoing chemotherapy. Of course we wanted to make this wish come true, and now we just need YOU to start bidding for the poster on our special ebay page. The auction will go on for 10 days and all the proceeds will go to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital. This is open for everyone everywhere in the world.

All you need to do is go HERE and bid the amount you’d be willing to give for the poster. Every little bit helps – Birmingham Children’s Hospital writes:

Whether its £5 to fund some crayons and colouring books whilst waiting for test results, or £42,000 for a life saving machine that operates as a mechanical heart. Charitable donations are key to making us what we are: a centre of paediatric excellence that the whole country depends on.

Rupert Grint: More Pictures From Berlinale!

galleryFebruary 18th, 2013, 4:14pm–While news is winding down about Rupert Grint being cast in Super Clyde and everyone has had a chance to catch our exclusive interview with him, we now bring you even more images from Berlinale where Rupert promoted The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman. We have more from the photocall here, the press conference here and the premiere here. We will still be bringing you more, so stay tuned for that!

We also have a lovely newspaper article from the German IN Magazine which features a snippet about Rupert calling co-star Til Schweiger‘s daughter, Emma. Here is the translation:

“Also Til Schweiger (49) is taking his spot between the Hollywood-Stars this time. He represents the movie “The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman” with his co-stars Shia LaBeouf (26) and Ron Weasley – damn, I meant Rupert Grint (24). By the way, he has a big worshipper at the Schweiger-Family. Til:s little daughter Emma (10). “Rupert spoke some greetings into my iPhone, she was totally flashed”, told the daddy. Maybe the Gingerhead could invite Emma into Diagon Alley sometime.”

You can view the scan here. (The caption next to Rupert’s pic says: “Sorry Rupert Grint, even though you did a great job in the new movie, you’re still Harry Potter’s friend Ron in our heads.”
