March 8th, 2011, 8:39pm–In a new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 behind-the-scenes video released from the Harry Potter Quest site Emma Watson and Rhys Ifans talks about corpsing on set and that how, this time, it was Emma who was having the issues! The actors received red cards for each time they messed up a scene by laughing and would owe five pounds. Rhys says that it was Rupert Grint who ended up owing about 80 pounds. We wonder, what did it get up to by the end of the entire shoot? Deathly Hallows took over a year to film and the Xeno scenes were only done for a few weeks! I’m sure Rupert owed more by then! You can view the video below and don’t forget to check out our own YouTube channel as we have many interviews from this years BAFTAs along with some Half-Blood Prince scenes we’ve just added!
We also have some more gallery updates. This time a few pictures from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Thunderpants. The Sorcerer’s Stone picture is a studio shot that you can view here and the Thunderpants pictures are stills from the movie which you can view here.
April 27th, 2010, 10:52pm–As previously reported, Rupert Grint was to have a spread within in the May 2010 issue of Nylon Magazine which is dedicated to Young Hollywood. We finally have a scan of his spread thanks to Team Twilight. In the article that accompanies the picture Rupert discusses his miniature farm which his mom and sister are really into. Alan Rickman and Julie Walters’ impact on him. Plus the fact that he continually gets scripts for geeky roles which he says he passes by! We also get a nice little blurb about Thunderpants which he loved doing and we hear a little more about his ice cream van! You can view the scan in our gallery here.
August 20, 2009, 9:14 AM–Red alert Rupert Grint and Harry Potter fans! Several Harry Potter websites report this morning that actor Joshua Herdman, who plays Gregory Goyle in Harry Potter movies (and who was also in Thunderpants with Rupert Grint) attended a fan convention Muggle Mayhem a few weeks ago, and revealed that the ending point for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I would be the scene just after Harry, Ron and Hermione are captured by the Snatchers. Thus, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II would begin with Malfoy Manor scenes.
Of course, it is too early for an official confirmation, because the director David Yates and the producers might decide to change this decision later on. Still, what do you think, is this the best place to split Deathly Hallows? Join our forum discussion here (so far we have 369 pages worth of DH debates)!
August 1st, 2009, 3:29pm–It has been a very eventful year so far for Rupert Grint who has completed three film projects and is still getting positive reviews about his performance in the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. This one coming fromMovieMoxie.
But the trouble making isn’t left to just Harry, the trio is completed with strong performances by both Rupert Grint as Ron finding his own feet and Emma Watson as the head and heart strong Hermione.
With success comes curiosity, so it seems many people are now discovering some of his early work. Several reviews are now popping up about Thunderpants.
And as an extra gain you will find great Rupert Grint from Harry Potter, as Alan A. Allen, a genius kid with no sense of smell. Taragana.com
Thankfully, when the relentless adolescent flatulating becomes too much to endure, you still have Rupert Grint and an out-of-place Paul Giamatti to keep you company for the duration. shan.biz

June 06, 2009, 12:10 AM–In 2007 we organized the first ever Rupert Grint fan convention in Los Angeles for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and it was a great success! Among other things, we attended the OotP premiere and the Hand/Feet/Wand ceremony — you may view our photos here, and the exclusive H/F/W videos here. So of course this year we’re going to be doing the exact same thing — only we will be expanding! We will be including a UK leg of this convention headed up by our lovely staffers Ivana and Karo, who have also put into great detail their plans for “set tour” visits to various locations of not only where Harry Potter is filmed but also Thunderpants, Driving Lessons and Wild Target!
If you are interested in joining us, we have set up an itinerary page that we plan to update regularly with the latest plans. We also have an active thread on our forum to discuss plans and you’re welcome to email us with any other questions staff@rupert-grint.us Click below for full details.
