Rupert Grint’s “Postman Pat” Coming To US!

PostmanPatIconJune 11th, 2014, 11:39am–According to The Wrap and Yahoo Movies UK, Rupert Grint‘s Postman Pat: The Movie will hit New York and Los Angeles on June 27th, 2014. No word yet on if there will be a larger release. The movie was recently released in the UK and will be released in various countries over the next few months. Rupert also lent his voice to the soundtrack. No word on whether the US will release the soundtrack. However, if you cannot wait for either, Amazon.co.uk has both the soundtrack available now and the blu-ray for pre-order. Unfortunately, no word on the date.

In other news, Underdogs now has a release on January 16th, 2015 in the US according to several sources.

Rupert Grint on The Radio 1 Breakfast Show and The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2

PostmanPatIconMay 2nd, 2014, 10:22am– It has been a busy morning for Rupert Grint. First he visted the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw and they had a nice chat. They talked about Ruperts’ upcoming movie Postman Pat and what’s even more exicting, we get a first sneakpreview of Ruperts’ song Struck by Lightning which he recorded for Postman Pat.

Afterwards Rupert headed over to BBC Radio two and spoke with Chris Evans and his team of at The Chris Evans Breakfast Show. They had a lot of fun together and even got Rupert to sing the Postman Pat theme song with them. You can listen to the 33sec long song here

Rupert Grint Featured on Postman Pat Soundtrack!

PostmanPatIconApril 24th, 2014, 8:06am– 10171816_658917637478926_2794216406912578805_nThere’s just a little under a month until you can catch Rupert Grint‘s lovely voice on the big screen in the UK, and today we have some exciting news about this movie. For a long time, we have been speculating whether or not Rupert would be singing since he is voicing the character of Josh, a boyband star.

And today, the full soundtrack list tells us that Rupert will indeed be singing his very own original song. How exciting! The song is called “Lightning” and will run for 1:06 minute (what a glorious minute indeed!).
The official soundtrack will be out on May 19th and besides Rupert, you can hear some amazing artists such as Ronan Keating, Jessie J, The Wanted, Peter Gabriel and many many more.

The movie will be in cinemas on May 23rd with the London Premiere on May 11th – we are currently awaiting word on whether or not Rupert will attend this premiere.

Rupert Grint: First “Postman Pat” the movie Trailer!

PostmanPatIconFebruary 4th, 2014, 11:09am– Today, the very first trailer for Postman Pat: The Movie – You Know You’re The One was released and we get our first glimpse of the character Rupert Grint has voiced. It’s been a long time since we found out that he would be voicing the character Josh who is a boyband star and now we just can’t wait to hear him in the movie.

The movie will be released in the UK on May 23, and it looks to be enjoyable for all ages. You can see a picture of Rupert‘s character Josh right here in our gallery. You can also see the very first poster here where you can see Josh showing off some amazing dancing skills!

UPDATE: Rupert’s other animated movie, Foosball, has undergone a title change and is now called The Unbeatables. The film will hit UK cinemas on August 8. Director Juan José Campanella also had some more lovely words about Rupert in this new article:

Exclusive: Our Phone Interview with Rupert Grint!

September 25, 2012, 11:29am– Although news have been a bit slow, we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you exciting new Rupert Grint goodies. Yesterday, we had the amazing opportunity to talk with Rupert on the phone, and we are now ready to share our interview with everybody.

We asked him several questions about his upcoming projects: The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman, CBGB and Postman Pat – as well as a few clarifying questions about The Drummer and Enemy of Man.

We even asked what he was wearing to get all you listeners a visual image of Rupert on the other end of the line, and we asked him to tell us something that no one would expect about him. The answer was… unexpected but this picture might give you a clue.
