September 29, 2009, 8:21 AM–We are very proud to finally launch Rupert Grint Press, the first extensive online news archive covering actor Rupert Grint. This new sub-site to ICM carries over 500 rare interviews, transcripts, translations, print articles and ICM exclusives from the very beginning of Rupert’s career to present day. This won’t be your usual copy and paste as we’ve spent much time spicing each page up with memorable quotes and photos to take you on a trip down memory lane.

Some of you new to the fandom will be introduced to hilarious classics of Rupert’s days spent on the infamous NewsRound site or maybe you want to read some interviews translated from Spanish or French. There is something for everybody. My picks for you are “Rupert Grint Hits Our Message Boards.” and ICM’s Interview with Rupert in Los Angeles for Driving Lessons!

September 28, 2009, 4:20pm–Hello everyone! I am back from seeing Rupert Grint in Cherrybomb for the second time at the LA Irish Film Festival. I was accompanied by staffer Lyn plus ICMers Sophia and Sarin! I must say that the second time around is even better than the first! This time we were treated to a more intimate Q&A session with Lisa Barros D’Sa and Glenn Leyburn, the directors of this magnificent film. They sat in front of the screen and were interviewed by someone with the festival, just chit-chatting back and forth about the film. Audience members got about 3-4 questions in as well. We learned a few little tidbits in this session such as this was only a 24 day shoot, just a bit over 3 weeks. We learned that Lisa and Glenn had gotten married just before shooting the film and how they went about directing the movie. They wanted to make sure no one got confused on who they should be listening to for direction! You can download this exclusive audio here!

Cherrybomb to be screened at LA Irish Film Festival!
August 11, 2009, 10:54 AM–While Rupert Grint continues to receive praise for his performance in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, his film Cherrybomb is continuing its Festival tour:

Cherrybomb is going to be screened at the LA Irish Film Festival!

The Festival takes place from 23 to 27 September 2009.
Cherrybomb will be screened on Friday, 25 September 2009 at the Aero Theatre, Montana Avenue at 14th Street, Santa Monica. It is part of a double feature starting at 7.30 PM.
