April 8th, 2011, 10:24 am– Next week, the DVD of Rupert Grint‘s film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 will be released in the majority of countries around the world. The German fans got lucky and are already able to grab their copy as of today!

I spent this morning watching the DVD, and it is absolutely brilliant, in particular for Rupert’s fans. As you know from the clips that have been published in the past few weeks, the DVD has quite a few Extra features, including the “On the Green” with Rupert, Tom Felton, James and Oliver Phelps, which is my absolute favourite. While we have already seen three great snippets, there is much better stuff in store.

June 17, 2010, 3:39 pm– More news from the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Our own AJ was at a press conference this morning where she managed to ask Rupert Grint two questions! He was at a press conference with Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton. Here’s what she has to say:

My first question was regarding his favorite part of the WW. He responded that he liked the pubs.

Second question, I told him that the FANS at Rupert-grint.us wanted to
know if he was excited that his film Wild Target was coming out in the UK
on Friday.

He didn’t know (it was so funny), it was a surprise to him that his movie
was coming out. He said he thought it was today (I said, noooo, tomorrow.)
Dan said something to the effect of them being so busy, that they loose
track of days.

AJ goes on to tell us that she then went on to a press conference with James and Oliver Phelps, Bonnie Wright, Matthew Lewis, and Warwick Davis where she got to include more questions and comments. She even enjoyed some butterbeer! She tells us that she has some great pictures and videos, so keep checking the site!

There is also a really EPIC video that shows the cast on stage officially opening the park. There is some magic, some light, and a lot of fanfare. You can check it out here.

Finally, MTV caught up with Rupert at the opening and has a brief interview with him which includes feelings on filming the last scene for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows which you can see here.

June 16th, 2010, 11:41am–Last night Rupert Grint along with James and Oliver Phelps sang karaoke at Universal’s Rising Star Karaoke Club in Florida. They sang several songs apparently but a great video of him singing The Beastie Boys “Fight For Your Right” – a classic 80s tune that many of us will remember singing along to during our youth! The clear and great sounding video can be viewed below via YouTube:

June 12th, 2010, 1:17am–Some months ago we were told Rupert Grint would be attending The Wizarding World of Harry Potter but was asked to be retracted for proper confirmation. Well, we can now exclusively reveal that Rupert will indeed be attending the opening. Tom Felton has already stated he will be in attendance and this site is also stating that Daniel Radcliffe along with James and Oliver Phelps will be attending. It’s been said that Bonnie Wright will also be attending but that is currently unconfirmed I believe. There is some talk that the stars will be there prior to the grand opening instead of June 18th, the proper grand opening date, but we are looking into that to be sure.

Also more Wild Target promotion from Rupert has come out where he has a slightly new interview talking again about Eddie, the first ginger James Bond, and what kind of films he likes to do. You can read it here!

March 18th, 2010, 6:53pm–Straight from Universal Studios we have a video of an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Harry Potter Wizarding World theme park featuring Rupert Grint! We see him in a few well known costumes: Quidditch and his Gryffindor robes! We see him chatting up with co-stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Oliver Phelps and James Phelps. If you’re wondering, Rupert and his Harry Potter co-stars have filmed different scenes exclusively for the theme park. So whenever you go, we’ll always see Rupert there!
