Ice Cream Man is an unofficial - though very professional and extremely good looking! - fansite, dedicated to the gorgeous and talented Rupert Grint. Alas, we are in no way affiliated with Rupert, his family or representatives. (*sob*) The site is ad-free and non-profit. November 4th, 2011, 7:32PM– Many of you might be aware that today marks the tenth anniversary of the World Premiere of Rupert Grint‘s very first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
With the recent release of the book Harry Potter – Page to Screen, many new images have been published, which we have added to our gallery for your viewing pleasure.
We have also updated the Quotes section on our Biography page with new quotes from the book as well as Ed Sheeran and more.
If you are not sure whether you should purchase the book, I can only recommend it. While you may know a lot about the Harry Potter films, it contains a great amount of little tidbits and stories that are great fun to read, along with many images from the making of the films. For example, Rupert (and his co-star Daniel Radcliffe) were 4’10” in height when they started filming the first film.
Also, Rupert recently attended Break’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, where his sister Samantha performed. You can see a picture here.
March 8th, 2011, 8:39pm–In a new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 behind-the-scenes video released from the Harry Potter Quest site Emma Watson and Rhys Ifans talks about corpsing on set and that how, this time, it was Emma who was having the issues! The actors received red cards for each time they messed up a scene by laughing and would owe five pounds. Rhys says that it was Rupert Grint who ended up owing about 80 pounds. We wonder, what did it get up to by the end of the entire shoot? Deathly Hallows took over a year to film and the Xeno scenes were only done for a few weeks! I’m sure Rupert owed more by then! You can view the video below and don’t forget to check out our own YouTube channel as we have many interviews from this years BAFTAs along with some Half-Blood Prince scenes we’ve just added!
We also have some more gallery updates. This time a few pictures from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Thunderpants. The Sorcerer’s Stone picture is a studio shot that you can view here and the Thunderpants pictures are stills from the movie which you can view here.
December 10, 2009, 10:35am–We have been given the chance to review Rupert Grint‘s first two Harry Potter movies, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in the new ultimate edition format. The movies are well worth the money to shell out for either a gift to yourself or a gift to a friend! The Rupert parts alone are worth the money as we get to see him on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, never-before-seen interviews during filming of Sorcerer’s Stone, him reading from Sorcerer’s Stone (the point of which Ron first enters the novel), as well as the first trio screen test and his screen test with Jessie Cave! You can read my entire review here!
Update: A clip of Rupert and Emma from the DVD is now on you-tube. Cute giggles overload straight from the DH set. View here!- thanks Laura.
