June 6th, 2011, 8:03pm–Today Warner Bros. released a new featurette that looks back on all the films and includes new scenes from the final installment with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. There are several scenes of Rupert Grint as Ron plus a short clip of him talking about the films ending. You can watch it over at apple itunes here. For those who have yet to see it on the Harry Potter extended versions, the original screen test with the trio is also included in the beginning of the feature.

Also thanks to Bonnie Wright Online we have some pictures of Rupert and others from the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD Launch that took place during the filming of the final films. You can view those in our gallery here.

I’m sure you all are seeing the news about Rupert being in Wartime Wanderers. We are enquiring to his reps about it and hopefully will have word soon. We do know Rupert is attached, but we don’t have anything concrete as of now. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear anything!

February 6th, 2011, 2:14am–Today we bring you “new” (and most likely unseen) old high quality photos of Rupert Grint from various events. First off we have photos of Rupert arriving and signing autographs as he made his way to Regis & Kelly to promote Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. You can view those images in our galleries here. We also have three new photos of Rupert at the South Bank Awards which you can view here. We also have one new image from when Rupert attended the Cherrybomb DVD meet & greet back in August which you can view here. Also in August he went to V-Festival where he tried to hide by wearing a duck’s mask. You can see two photos of him with it here. And last, but not least, we have several medium quality photos of Rupert from the Daily Mail photoshoot back in 2009 to promote Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. You can view those here.

January 6, 2010, 14:31 PM– A while ago, we let you know about a teaser trailer of Rupert Grint’s upcoming film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows from the Ultimate Editions of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but many were unable to watch it before it was taken off.
Now, said trailer has been released officially, so if you have not had the chance to watch it (or want to watch it again), you can watch it here or here.

December 16, 2009, 16:52 PM– On behalf of the promotion for the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD, Rupert Grint and his co-stars Jessie Cave and Tom Felton were interviewed for the popular Paul O’Grady Show!
A young boy was given the opportunity to interview Rupert, and you can watch the segment here! Weren’t we just discussing Rupert’s interaction with children in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows thread in our forum?

Daniel Radcliffe Talks Rupert Grint In BD-Live Event!December 12, 2009, 5:14pm–Currently Warner Brothers is hosting a BD-Live event for Rupert Grint‘s latest film project, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which is currently released on DVD all around the world. Producer David Barron and co-star Daniel Radcliffe are answering fan questions and they have talked about Rupert quite a bit! Below are some of the things they’ve said. We’ll update the post as we get new tidbits. My personal favorite? Rupert getting goggles to ride his hovercraft at night!

• Dan mentioned a rule he and Rupert shared, in that if they have a birthday and aren’t on set for it, they won’t receive a present.
• Dan noted that while Slughorn and Ron are rather outgoing characters on-screen, Jim Broadbent and Rupert Grint, respectively, are shy off-screen.
• Dan lists Rupert’s cars: bright-orange Range Rover; ice cream van with repairs; used to have a mini-cooper with Knight Rider designs; a Chevy pick-up truck that never works (which he brings onto the set to show off); a hovercraft. He said that Rupert wouldn’t be the kind of person to show off what he bought, and would just mention it in passing. David also got night-goggles for Rupert so he can ride on his hovercraft in the dark.
• Rupert and the others will be aged for the epilogue!
• Both David and Dan have said their favorite Weasley is Ron!
• The froth in Rupert’s mouth during Ron’s poisoning scene is actually egg white!
• Dan talked about dying Tom’s hair and because they have to do it so much, Tom gets recognized a lot and mentions that Rupert gets recognized for hair color as well!
• Dan has also said that Rupert and the twins are very close!
• Dan said that he and Rupert had great fun filming fighting over the book scene in HBP. Any excuse to hit each other on screen is welcomed!
• Dan also called Rupert very expressive!
• Dan said he doesn’t think Rupert realizes he’s a ‘physical comedy genius’ and that he does it naturally. David Barron said that Rupert is the biggest giggler to which Dan noted that it’s easy to make him laugh and he can’t resist getting a joke in before the take of the scene. Says though that when they’re both in that type of mood, everything becomes funny and that’s his favorite moments.
