October 15th, 2010, 8:31pm–Ice Cream Man and Fandango have partnered up to allow you to buy advance tickets to see Rupert Grint in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I! ICM will get revenue for every ticket sold and all that will go into making this site fantastic and keep up with the cost of maintaining it! In other news for those of you who wish to own the Top Gear episode Rupert was on, iTunes (for the US at least) is now allowing you to rent or download the episode. You can follow this link and it will take you to the area you need for downloaded on your iTunes.

In other news, Warner Bros. has posted another sneak peek at the upcoming Ultimate Editions collection. There is a small snippet of Rupert talking about the creatures and we see behind-the-scenes footage from Chamber of Secrets filming of Rupert putting a slug in his mouth! December 10, 2009, 10:35am–We have been given the chance to review Rupert Grint‘s first two Harry Potter movies, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in the new ultimate edition format. The movies are well worth the money to shell out for either a gift to yourself or a gift to a friend! The Rupert parts alone are worth the money as we get to see him on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, never-before-seen interviews during filming of Sorcerer’s Stone, him reading from Sorcerer’s Stone (the point of which Ron first enters the novel), as well as the first trio screen test and his screen test with Jessie Cave! December 6th, 2009, 12:31 PM–As part of the Harry Potter ABC Family Weekend First Look, we now have a clip in which Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets director Chris Columbus discusses the casting of Rupert Grint and Emma Watson in the now famous roles of Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. In the clip he had this to say about Rupert:

For Rupert, for Ron Weasley, same sort of situation happened.  He immediately popped of the screen. Rupert is a very shy kid, but he had this devilish, mischievous quality, and he had a face that I’ve never seen before.  I mean he was just unique, and his face was just a wealth of all these emotions. He had a wonderful sense of humor, but also a sense of soul. He really felt, like he was one of the Weasley children.

November 16th, 2009, 3:13 PM–For the past week we have been counting down the anticipated release of the Harry Potter Ultimate Edition DVD set.  Today two more previews from the Ultimate Edition DVD of  Sorcerer’s Stone and Chamber of Secrets are now available! These new clips feature more classic behind the scenes of Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson. The trio talk more about their reactions to getting the roles and producer David Heyman also reminisces about  Rupert and Dan’s first photo together the day they got the job. UPDATE #2: In another release for the upcoming ultimate editions this video shows David Heyman reading a letter from J.K. Rowling about Dan, Emma and Rupert and watch as the trio get their first pictures taken by the media.

November 10, 2009, 12:42 pm– In Warner Bros. countdown for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD they have released a clip of Rupert Grint talking about his famous character, Ron Weasley. (Edit: Re-added a valid link to the clip)You can view the clip here. More info to come….There has also been another clip showing Rupert and his co-star Emma Watson which you can view here. It’s at the end with Ron and Hermione looking out of the window. The beginning shows many clips, some deleted, from one of the last scenes in the film.

In other news, ABC Family will be hosting their annual Harry Potter weekend December 4th-6th in which they’ll be airing exclusive footage of the ultimate editions of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. You can read all about it here!

Update: The nominees for the People’s Choice Awards have just been announced, and Rupert’s film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is nominated in several categories: Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe are nominated as Best Screen Team; Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is nominated as Favourite Movie, and the Harry Potter series as Franchise.
