November 20th, 2010, 3:29 AM — With Rupert Grint still in Japan to promote his film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, we have a couple of videos to share with you!

Last night, the BBC aired a Children in Need special, with one part about twin girls who were invited to meet Rupert, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe before the World Premiere last week. View that one here and a clip of the trio calling people up to donate here.

November 20th, 2009, 5:29 PM–Earlier this year we reported that Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson recorded segments to feature in this year’s BBC’s Children In Need fundraiser. We can now happily announce that this indeed took place and clips from the event have now available online! Rupert gives a very sweet commentary about this important cause and you may view the video on youtube or directly from the website by clicking here. The mission is to make a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. In 2008 the BBC Children in Need Appeal raised over £38 million and for every penny given to the charity, a penny went towards projects helping disadvantaged children in the UK. We are happy Rupert took part in this great cause so enjoy and donate if you possibly can! We have some more updates coming soon so stay tuned for that.

Reminder: Don’t forget to vote for Rupert and the rest of the amazing Harry Potter trio for the 2010 People’s Choice Award that will be airing on CBS on January 6th. Rupert, Daniel and Emma are nominated for the “Favorite On-Screen Team.” Help bring  2010 in with a bang for Rupert and his fans!

For those of us who are excited and eagerly waiting for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to open at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida next year, here’s a video which can be found at Dailymotion.com about the upcoming theme park. August 14, 2009, 5:43 PM–According to the Harry Potter blog HP4U, who quote a BBC source, the Trio a.k.a. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have recorded segments to feature in this year’s BBC’s Children In Need fundraiser which launches on 21 September. HP4U claim that “the recording, directly to camera, will no doubt appeal to UK fans to help get near the 37 million pounds raised last year and was recorded this week during filming of the wedding scenes.” However I have checked the BBC site and no mention of the Trio yet, so please treat this as rumour for the time being. We have already asked for an official confirmation, and will update you as soon as possible.
