October 21st, 2010, 12:32 AM — It is a great day for Rupert fans, especially the Australian ones. If you are not aware of it as of yet, Rupert Grint”s Wild Target is having a Wide Audience release in Australia by all major theatre chains on 11th November, 2010. You can read all about it here.

Hoyts Australia, has now come up with an exclusive Wild Target competition for its Members. They now have a chance to enter a competition and win a  5 NIGHT SYDNEY GETAWAY for 2 people! The whole package includes stay at The Grace Hotel- Sydney, Buffet Breakfast, Vouchers for dinner and Return Airfares. And they are giving not 1 but 5 of these awesome packages. October 15th, 2010, 8:31pm–Ice Cream Man and Fandango have partnered up to allow you to buy advance tickets to see Rupert Grint in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I! ICM will get revenue for every ticket sold and all that will go into making this site fantastic and keep up with the cost of maintaining it! To do so, just click on the banner on the left hand side and follow the instructions!

In other news for those of you who wish to own the Top Gear episode Rupert was on, iTunes (for the US at least) is now allowing you to rent or download the episode. You can follow this link and it will take you to the area you need for downloaded on your iTunes.

In other news, Warner Bros. has posted another sneak peek at the upcoming Ultimate Editions collection. There is a small snippet of Rupert talking about the creatures and we see behind-the-scenes footage from Chamber of Secrets filming of Rupert putting a slug in his mouth! October 13th, 2010, 4:50pm–Thanks to the wonderful publicity team behind Wild Target‘s release in the US we have an exclusive clip from the movie. In this clip we see Rupert Grint as Tony running through the hotel lobby screaming, “Quick run!” while Bill Nighy‘s Victor and Emily Blunt‘s Rose are quickly on his tale to find out what has happened! Unfortunately the part in the trailer where Tony yells, “Put it on ice!” isn’t in there. Although we find “In the bathroom. With a big gun.” pretty hilarious, don’t you? You can see the clip exclusively on our YouTube channel here or watch it below.

And with only 36 days until the release of Rupert Grint‘s new film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I, German magazine BRAVO have published an interview with Rupert, in which he talks about filming Deathly Hallows and his private life:

BRAVO: And you could not avoid the laughing fits?
Rupert: The crew tried. Each time I started corpsing, I got a yellow card and had to pay two Euro. Five for a red one. Altogether, it was 230 for a good cause.

October 10th, 2010,1:45AM– As we have reported here, a few weeks ago, Wild Target starring Rupert Grint, Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Martin Freeman and Rupert Everett, has a wide audience release all over Australia through Hoyts, Event Cinemas  and Village Cinemas on the 11th of November, 2010.

Icon Film Distribution Australia, have updated their website with a Trailer and Poster. While the trailer is similar to the UK one with few new bits that can be seen, the Poster is a version that has not been seen else where. May I dare say that the Australian ones are the BEST so far?

You can view both of them here.  We will update you as soon as we get the HQ version of the poster.

In other news, Wild Target has  DVD release dates for Finland(info here) and Italy which are on the 20th of October and 24th of November respectively. Check here for more information here . An unconfirmed  release date for Wild Target in New Zealand is set on the 3rd Febuary, 2011.

We will update immediately when we get any information on this. So bare with us.

Good News for our Australian fans, only incase you are not aware of it already, advance ticket bookings have opened for Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows – Part 1 in both Village Cinemas and Hoyts. Check out your local theatre listings for more information on how to book.

UPDATE: We now have information on another film festival, Hollywood International Film Festival, where Wild Target will be shown at 5pm(PST) on the 24th October! Jonathan Lynn, the director will be on hand for a Q&A session. Tickets go on sale on the 14th October, 2010. For more information, check here.

September 30th, 6:20pm–We have a few new Wild Target photos featuring Rupert Grint as Tony. One is a different angle of Victor (Bill Nighy) and Tony dragging a body through the car park. The other is a shot of Victor with Tony in the background. The third and final shot is another angle of Victor and Tony appearing at the hole in Rose’s (Emily Blunt) door.
