Rupert Grint takes part in Movember Charity Photoshoot for Tatler UK!

PhotoshootNewsIconOctober 5th, 2013, 2:24pm– Early in July, we found out that Rupert Grint had taken part in a charity photoshoot by photographer Charlie Gray. We did not know which charity it was for or how it would look – we were only told by Rupert‘s reps that we would see the pictures in October. Well, October has arrived and Charlie Gray has been lovely enough to post the first picture on his twitter.

The photoshoot was done for Tatler UK in an upcoming Movember feature, and we see Rupert rocking a completely different style in the picture (how do you like it?):

You can check out a bigger version in the gallery here.

The Movember cause is very popular and focuses on men’s health:

Movember is the annual charity event where men grow moustaches to change the face of men’s health.

We will have more information about this feature when it becomes available.

Video: Rupert Grint’s “I Dare You” Feature from Hunger Magazine!

RupertNewsIconOctober 3rd, 2013, 9:24am– Last week, a video surfaced of Jamie Campbell Bower daring Rupert Grint to shave off all of his hair (… ALL of it!). Today, Hunger Magazine has published Rupert’s reaction to the dare and his much-awaited response.

Check out the video below where we also get to see Rupert fool around on the photoshoot set and talk about past dares and some of the weird things he collects:

We also get a small snippet from the interview (the rest can be read in the magazine which you can buy now here):

Rupert Grint made his name as Ron Weasley in Harry Potter, but we’re about to see a very different side of him in his upcoming projects. In addition to being a talented actor, he’s the proud owner of around 15 llamas…

WHAT ARE WE ABOUT TO SEE YOU IN?
I’ve got a couple of things coming out at the end of this year. The first one is a film called The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman in which I play an aspiring porn star. That’s with Shia LaBeouf. And there’s also CBGB, which is about the New York club CBGB that discovered loads of punk bands.

TELL US A BIT MORE ABOUT THAT FIRST ONE.
It’s basically a road trip about [Shia LaBeouf’s character] finding himself and travelling to Bucharest. On his journey he meets me and Luke [James Buckley] in a hostel. We’re both influenced by drugs. My character is a wannabe porn star who OD’s on Viagra. It was nice to do something completely different. It was a real change.
Is it also very different going from something as big as a Harry Potter production? It takes a while to get used to. I’ve done a few things outside Potter now. You can’t really compare it. Everything’s smaller, but it’s more intimate, more personal. Potter was this huge machine, a unique set-up.

DO YOU GET A LOT OF OFFERS TO BER VERSIONS OF RON?
It’s hard to know what to do, I felt a bit lost for a while. There are a lot of the best-friend stuff. I’m not in a rush. It’s nice to do things that appeal to me. I’m always looking for weird experiences and something completely different, and these two films definitely tick those boxes for me.

WHAT WAS IT LIKE ON THE HARRY POTTER SET, SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE THE SAME AGE AS YOU?
We were all kids, particularly in the beginning. We all left school and formed this school dynamic. None of us took it too seriously. It was just fun really.
