Ice Cream Man is an unofficial - though very professional and extremely good looking! - fansite, dedicated to the gorgeous and talented Rupert Grint. Alas, we are in no way affiliated with Rupert, his family or representatives. (*sob*) The site is ad-free and non-profit. November 9th, 2011, 3:05pm–With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 about to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray this Friday, many new videos are making the rounds. The latest is an extended look at the last day of filming which includes new behind-the-scenes with Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe. And while we’ve seen some of it from a previous video, it’s still quite sad to see it all over again, especially with new angles and such. There are a few moments we see Rupert on the verge of tears, if not flat out crying. You can view the clip here our below:
In slightly happier news, in case you somehow didn’t know, Rupert is nominated for Favorite Movie Star Under 25 in this year’s People Choice Awards along with Dan, Emma and Tom Felton. Deathly Hallows part 2 is also nominated in several categories. You can vote here. You can also vote via facebook and Twitter (check for the appropriate hashtag!).
November 4th, 2011, 7:32PM– Many of you might be aware that today marks the tenth anniversary of the World Premiere of Rupert Grint‘s very first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
With the recent release of the book Harry Potter – Page to Screen, many new images have been published, which we have added to our gallery for your viewing pleasure.
We have also updated the Quotes section on our Biography page with new quotes from the book as well as Ed Sheeran and more.
If you are not sure whether you should purchase the book, I can only recommend it. While you may know a lot about the Harry Potter films, it contains a great amount of little tidbits and stories that are great fun to read, along with many images from the making of the films. For example, Rupert (and his co-star Daniel Radcliffe) were 4’10” in height when they started filming the first film.
Also, Rupert recently attended Break’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, where his sister Samantha performed. You can see a picture here.
September 8th, 2011, 12:37pm–With Rupert Grint‘s film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 still out in cinemas, Warner Bros. has released the first preview for the Ultimate Edition DVD and BluRay of the first half of the big finale.
The preview of the featurette “Growing up with Harry Potter” shows Rupert, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe at their first press conference over eleven years ago, as well as short interviews with the trio about their first day in the spotlight.

Staying on topic, Rupert Grint and Harry Potter are up for several SCREAM Awards (14 altogether), so click the links to vote:
August 28th, 2011, 12:55pm–I hope all my fellow Rupert Grint fans who were also (and still are) in Irene’s path are safe. I survived with only a few downed tree limbs and tons of leaves everywhere.

August 13th, 4:54am– While Rupert Grint‘s film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is now the third-highest grossing film of all times, we have not forgotten about Rupert’s previous films!
Driving Lessons, which stars Rupert alongside the two Oscar-nominees Julie Walters and Laura Linney, is being re-released in Germany on 6 October on DVD and will also be available – for the first time – on BluRay!
The DVD and BluRay will not only feature the film in both English and German (so you can all enjoy the original version contaning ALL F***’s), but also some Extras:
- A behind-the-scene featurette
- Out-takes/Deleted Scenes
- an interview with Rupert Grint (see the screencaps in our Gallery)
You can pre-order the BluRay here and the DVD here via Amazon.de. (You can also order from other countries!)
On a side (or rather, site) note: We will be cleaning up our Gallery in the upcoming days, so the folders will move around quite a bit. We apologise for the temporary inconvenience, but once we are finished, it will be easier to find what you want.
