Exclusive: Rupert Grint In Attitude Magazine!June 25th, 2011, 9:32pm–A few weeks ago, as most of you know, Rupert Grint participated in a photoshoot for Attitude Magazine to help promote Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. A few snippets and pictures were released online as we neared the release. However ICM can exclusively bring you scans of the photoshoot and interview! There are seven pictures in all, six of which are new. The interview is a good one discussing topics from things we already know (the ice cream van) to things in more detail (Michelle Obama and her daughters visiting the set) to even discussing a bit more about Comrade! Rupert also gives advice to gays in school who are being bullied because they are gay. And some parts of the snippets released online are more in depth than what was released by The Sun and Metro. You can read the interview and see all the pictures in our galleries here. Enjoy!

Rupert Grint’s Comrade gets distribution deals at Cannes! May 18, 2011, 8:15 AM — The new film, Comrade, starring our very own Rupert Grint has just been presented at the Cannes Film Festival at a closed promo-screening. This has resulted in no less than three distribution deals – which have all been confirmed by Trustnordisk today.

As mentioned previously, the film is directed by the Norwegian director Petter Næss and produced by Zentropa Norway – but what we haven’t been able to disclose until today is that the film will be distributed by Metrodome (UK), Kino Swiat (Poland) and Vendetta (Australia).

According to Rikke Ennis, CEO from Trustnordisk, the “presale has never been stronger and this shows on the sales. The interest has been overwhelming.” No doubt this holds promise for Comrade‘s future chances in getting more distribution deals.

Rupert Grint Talks Food On New Article

Rupert Grint Talks Food On New ArticleMay 12th, 2011, 1:10pm–While Rupert Grint is spending his final day on the set of his new film Comrade in Sweden, a new article titled “What I ate yesterday” has been published in which Rupert reveals what he ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

While he already mentioned enjoying cereal with fruit for breakfast in this article, he also talks about learning his Scouse accent for his part as Robert Smith in Comrade, and he talks about “honing his culinary skills” by making… well, read for yourself!

UPDATE: While Total Film’s newest issue doesn’t offer any new pictures of Rupert as Ron in DH2, there is a more elaborate quote: “I’m really looking forward to watching all the battle stuff,” raves Grint, who’s just as excited to see the big-screen finale as the millions of eager Potter fans across the globe. “It’s going to be quite something to see all these sets get destroyed, like the Great Hall – just this flaming ball of rubble with dead bodies littered everywhere. Seeing it get smashed up had a weird effect on me, because it’s quite an important place to us – it’s where we grew up. It’s gonna look really cool, though.” They also called his performance with the scene of Fred’s death “impressive”. I thought it a very good sign for them to even note this moment in their write-up!
