April 5th, 2013, 9:21pm–For those in the US who may not be able to see Rupert Grint‘s Into The White in theaters due to its very limited run can rest easy, the Blu-Ray is slated for June 4th, 2013 according to Blu-Ray.com. However, there is more! According to High Def Digest the US blu-ray will have some very promising features: A Making of Into The White, AVX TV’s A Look At: Into The White, and the original theatrical trailer. You can pre-order this at Amazon.com. (Note: Amazon has the the release date listed for June 25th, but because June 4th is listed by two separate but respectable places, we believe this date over Amazon’s.) But fret not, those who do not own a blu-ray player can still enjoy it. Amazon has the DVD available for pre-order here.

And that’s not all! For those in and around the Columbus, OH area will get their chance to see the film on the big screen on April 12th at Gateway Film Center 8. When more locations and dates are announced we will be sure to pass them along. Stay tuned!

In other news, Vulture.com has a piece out about the 2013-2014 pilot season’s most promising and Super Clyde is the #1 show listed! You can read all about the pilots they think highly of here and this is the excerpt about Super Clyde:

This was my favorite comedy and maybe my favorite script this year, period. An awkward orphan fast-food employee (Grint) suddenly comes into a huge amount of money and decides to spend it on becoming a secret superhero. It’s sweet and earnest — very Raising Hope — and silly and surprising. It might be a little too tender for this harsh world, but maybe some Harry Potter magic can get people to tune in.

Let’s hope that everyone in charge of deciding whether Super Clyde gets picked up agrees!

And finally, The Hollywood Reporter is releasing exclusive posters from CBGB. So far Malin Ackerman as Debbie Harry and Joel David Moore as Johnny Ramone have been released. They will be released at least three new posters (one for each day). We’re not sure if Rupert will be among them, but keep your eye out and we’ll post about it asap!

March 30th, 12:12am, 2013–As if the poster wasn’t enough to get our attention, the official CBGB facebook has released a new still featuring Rupert Grint as Cheetah Chrome and Stana Katic as Genya Ravan. You can view that below and clicking on the picture will bring you to a larger version. (We apologize as our gallery is still down!) The official facebook has also released another new image that features Alan Rickman among others which you can view by clicking the facebook link above. They also tease of an official poster coming soon (the one released as a teaser for the facebook fans)!

In other news, several of the actors involved with Super Clyde tweeted today that they have now finished filming.
Stephen Fry even gave our own Rupert a little compliment on the way:

Wrapped! Home by 4.30 am. The boy Grinty done good. Who knows if it’ll be “picked up” for a series but was fun. Must sleep now …

March 21st, 10:43pm, 2013–The official facebook for CBGB movie released a short behind-the-scenes look of Rupert Grint on the set of the movie! In it you get to see a better shot of Rupert as Cheetah Chrome rocking out on stage with a scowl on his face and playing the guitar! We also see him in another behind-the-scenes moment signing a Harry Potter book for a fan. We also see that MTV was present on set as Rupert introduces himself using an MTV microphone (meaning hopefully MTV will release video interviews when the movie is released). You can see it all here. March 15 2013, 9:54am– We now have our very first footage of Rupert Grint rocking out on stage as Cheetah Chrome in CBGB – the movie’s official facebook page (remember to “Like” their page to show your excitement and support for the film) released this clip earlier today.

Check out the clip below – Rupert‘s appearance is a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment, so keep a keen eye out for him (hint: don’t blink around the 0:30 mark).
