August 12th, 2010, 6:50am– Remember two weeks ago, we mentioned that E4‘s Slackers Club is having a vote out between Rupert Grint’s Cherrybomb and Alice Cooper’s Suck, where the winner will be played exclusively at all Picturehouse cinemas for one day. We are happy to announce that Rupert’s Cherrybomb won the vote out with 92% Yay to Suck’s 76% Yay! So for all those lucky people in the UK who got to watch Cherrybomb again on the big screen yesterday, we would love to hear your review of the film. Just go to our forums and share your thoughts.
August 10th, 2010, 11:40 AM — Looks like the marketing team behind Rupert Grint’s Cherrybomb are working very hard to make all of his fans very happy. Because we have just heard from them that they have started a contest on their Cherrybomb Facebook Page. This contest enables fans a chance to meet Rupert Grint in person on August 23rd 2010 in London.
So what do you do to win this contest? You just have to email a question you would like to ask him. The question can be emailed to email@example.com. The person who has the best question wins the chance to meet Rupert Grint in person and ask him directly their question.
This is definitely a chance of a lifetime. So, email your questions right away and who knows what may happen. The questions can be anything about his career, his past and future projects etc but please make sure that they are professional and not anything related to his private and personal life.
Cherrybomb’s UK DVD release is on the 23rd August 2010. So remember to order your own copy.
UPDATE: Rupert Grint was featured in the August 2010 issue of Attitude Magazine, where he is listed as one of the hottest and most happening Gingers in the world. The magazine also has a small write-up on Cherrybomb. The scans of the magazine can be seen here.
Thank You Kathy and Melina for the scans.

July 27th, 2010, 2:06pm–We have just received word from the wonderful people behind Cherrybomb‘s marketing team in the UK about E4′s slackers vote out. Voting will be between two films, Rupert Grint‘s Cherrybomb and Alice Cooper‘s vampire spoof “Suck“. The winner will be played on the big screen on August 11th at all Picturehouse cinemas. So if you didn’t get the chance to see it in theaters in the UK, or you did and want to see it again, you can now help get it back out there for you and the rest of the fans before the official August 23rd UK DVD release. You can vote here at E4′s website. Unfortunately it seems to only be opened to UK residents so the rest of us can’t help out, but we hope all the lucky folks in the UK work on it so everyone can see Cherrybomb again before it’s official DVD release!
In other Blag news, as you know, Rupert Grint will be featured in the latest edition from his 2009 photoshoot with them. We have just received word from the lovely Sarah Edwards that he will also be featured in the Passion and Patience exhibition.
Unfortunately none of these images are allowed to make their way onto our site, so we ask you do not use them in forum signatures, avatars, etc. We apologize, but those are the rules! However you can view them here. These are great images that originally made it into Rupert’s Blag issue. You can view the press release here.
