April 30th, 2010, 1:06 AM-Since Rupert Grint, and his fellow co-starts, are quickly approaching their last day shooting for the Harry Potter movie series, we thought it only fitting to dedicate our April edition of Grintastic to the gingers that have completely rocked our world-Ron Weasley and Rupert Grint!

In this edition, which is entitled, “In Celebration of Ron Weasley-In Celebration of Rupert Grint,”you’ll find plenty goodies; such as, another essay from Aracelli, one of our “Ron’s Biggest Wheezy Contest” winners, Ron and Rupert-fan questionnaires from frequent ICMers Marite and Galadriel, as well as a fan-made video from Rosa! Also, we’ve some Ron and Rupert staff picks, which include what each staffer would like to see Rupert play a role in in remakes of their favorite movies! So, definitely check those out. And we’ve also got the ever present Ron-related crossword puzzles made by staffer Karo, and, the return of the ever so spoofy horoscopes!

February 28th, 2010, 12:47 AM-While we wait for some more distribution news on Rupert Grint’s movies, Cherrybomb and Wild Target, or just some juicy news in general, here’s the newest edition of Grintastic to entertain you!

As we promised, you’ll finally get to see the “Are You Ron’s Biggest Wheezy” contest winners’ entries-read Amu’s amazing prize-winning essay and see exactly why her entry was chosen. You can also read the runners-up-Aracelli and Jasmine-essays as well. As you’ll remember, there was also a second portion of the contest where the winner(s) would contribute another work of art! You’ll get to see those in the April edition of Grintastic. In the mean time, peruse their wonderful essays and don’t forget to leave comments, praise, congratulations for them on the pages!

Also, we have some pieces written by frequent ICMers Steph and Rose, fan favorite questionnaires(which will be a recurring section in Grintastic), some staffer contributions from webmiss Tao and Karo, polls, and some spoof-tacular horoscopes.

February 16th, 2010, 12:04 AM–Last month, we launched the “Are You Ron’s Biggest Wheezy” contest, where the winner would receive a Ron/Harry Potter T-shirt from Hot Topic and a picture that Rupert autographed, exclusively for ICM! The response has been simply amazing! We received so many heartfelt, creative, and passionate entries expressing undying love for Ron, that we couldn’t bear to just choose one winner. So, without further ado… *drumroll please*…

The official winner of the “Ron’s Biggest Wheezy” contest is: Amu. She will receive a Harry Potter/Ron T-shirt of her choosing from Hot Topic, plus the autographed picture.

Runners-up are: Jasmine and Aracelli. They will both receive an autographed picture, signed by Rupert himself!

You’ll be seeing Amu, Jasmine, and Aracelli’s entries in the next edition of Grintastic(because they’re just too good not to be read by everyone!). Plus, they can either choose to write a Ron or Rupert-related essay, make a fan video, or any other creative endeavor that would like to have published in Grintastic! Congratulations guys!

January 1st, 2010, 3:29AM–Happy New Year everybody! It’s officially 2010, and we’ve got some treats for you. While you recover from the festivities of last night, you can read the New Year’s edition of Grintastic.
