We have been contacted by the executive editor of Drama Magazine, which is available as an application for the iPhone and iPodtouch, and downloadable from the iTunes store online. The Drama Magazine has exclusive interviews and never before seen pictures of Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-stars Tom Felton and Bonnie Wright coming out online next Monday.
According to the magazine website, Drama is aimed at readers interested in fashion, photography and the performing arts, and their motto is “True talent really matters”. September 25, 2009, 2:32 PM–Rupert Grint fans, rejoice! The Little Film Company representatives have just informed us that they have launched the Official Cherrybomb Website! The site looks magnificent, and it is full of wonderful treats for all of you who have supported the movie thus far, including a photo slideshow with lots of previously unseen movie stills! We are proud to mention that ICM has contributed to the website too: thus the press section includes Jo’s Berlinale interview with Rupert, as well as Ivana’s and Karo’s exclusive interview with Robert Sheehan! Also some of our exclusive videos are there, as well as our Cherrybomb Petition website!

Hope you guys are as happy and proud as we are. So, my dear Rupert’s Army, you know what’s next. Keep spreading the word about Cherrybomb, keep campaigning for the film to be released, if you haven’t already done so please join the official Cherrybomb Twitter, and if you live in California don’t miss the LA Irish Film Festival where the film will have its North American premiere!

September 18, 2009, 7:34 AM–-I have finally found some time to scan various magazine and newspapers featuring our one and only Rupert Grint! First of all, you’ll all remember Sunday Mirror‘s story about meeting Rupert at V-Festival, coupled with that adorable horse-head photo: well now you can see the feature in our gallery, with a larger image here. I’ve also added several pages from the September issue of J-14 magazine here, and also scans from Grazia and various daily papers, published on occasion of the London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Enjoy!

Speaking of Harry Potter, Warner Bros. has revealed more details about the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray packages. Warner Home Video has picked 8 December for the DVD and Blu-ray Disc releases of Half-Blood Prince. That same day Warner will release the first two Harry Potter films as “Ultimate Editions” on both DVD and Blu-ray Disc, both with new features and collectibles. All these are jam-packed with treats, the most exciting one probably being the never-before-seen footage of cast screen tests! Read what else’s on offer here and here, and better start stashing some cash! Thanks Suzeeq and Hassan for the tips.

Oh and our awesome webmiss Tao celebrates her birthday today, so don’t forget to wish her a great one!!!

Rupert Grint: Harry Potter Theme Park And Cherrybomb Campaign Update!

September 15, 2009, 7:34 PM– As you all know, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park is being built at the moment and it is set to open Spring 2010. The park took five years to plan and build, but it is now nearing completion. As a part of the promotion, a short video clip is now available, where Rupert Grint and his co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson talk about their excitement about the project. The clip was obviously prepared while the Trio were still filming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, because the boys are in their Quiddich gear and Hermione is wearing her school uniform. ICM was invited to an online live promotional event but couldn’t make it, so thankfully others sites have uploaded the clip. You can watch it on Youtube here and view a screencap in our gallery here, courtesy of Snitchseeker. Thanks Hassan too.

On a (relatively) unrelated note, if Tao has counted the signatures correctly, we have reached the number of 10,000 signatures on our Cherrybomb petitions! Well done Rupert’s Army Worldwide, and please keep campaigning for Rupert and Cherrybomb — we won’t stop until the film is finally released!

UPDATE: Our lovely Laura has taken quite a bit of time to get us a nice version of Rupert being interviewed by Spurs TV. Please no re-production of this video and make sure to credit Hunter_Graphics if you link to the video. Thank you and you can view it here.

Rupert Grint: Deleted Scenes From Half-Blood Prince!

» September 8 by Ivana in HP News, Rupert News with 36 Comments

September 8, 2009, 6:45 AM–This morning several HP sites are reporting that BBFC (The British Board of Film Classification) has revealed the full list of deleted scenes which are about to be added to the soon-to-be-released Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD. There’s a total of eight deleted scenes (total running time: 6 minutes 31 seconds), and three of them either feature Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, or are Ron-related:

00:01:04:08 (“HARRY, RON & HERMIONE DISCUSS THE VANISHING CABINET” (SC. 118-119))
00:00:40:08 (“HARRY JOINS RON, HERMIONE AND GINNY IN THE COMMON ROOM” (SC. 140))
00:00:42:16 (“HARRY AND HERMIONE DISCUSS RON AT ASTRONOMY TOWER” (SC. 142))

Hmm, looks like we’ll be getting less than two additional minutes of Rupert — not worth getting too excited about imo, but what do you think?
