Poster and Soundtrack Excerpts for Rupert Grint’s “Charlie Countryman”!

ndccIcon4September 12th, 2013, 3:16pm– We are all revelling in all the lovely Rupert Grint news we are having about the upcoming theatre release of CBGB and the new images of the Mojo cast.

However, tonight we have some lovely news about The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman. The first goodie we can share is this new and absolutely beautiful poster with the new caption: Dying for love… a pretty f**king cool way to go. And what a cool way to describe this film! You can view an even more beautiful super HQ version in the gallery here.

As another little treat we’ve uncovered three excerpts from the soundtrack from the film. And those of us who’ve been lucky enough to see the film can only say that the music is one of the very best things about the “Charlie Countryman” experience. So head on over to composer Christophe Beck‘s website and enjoy the music! Listen HERE!

Release dates for this film is still a little up in the air – Comingsoon.net writes that The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman will be shown in a limited selection of cinemas in the US from November 15, and the UK release date is set for November 8th (be careful about trusting the release dates on the IMDB page since the Norwegian and Danish release dates seem to be incorrect!). We will update when more information regarding release dates becomes available.

It’s amazing how the snippet from “Stealing the Funny Hat” brings me right back to the cinema… the music in this film needs to win awards!

I don’t know about the USA release date, but the UK one *seems* to be certain as I found it in several websites besides IMDB. Ex. http://www.filmdates.co.uk/films/5610-the-necessary-death-of-charlie-countryman/ Really hope it doesn’t change. Also, still hoping CBGB gets picked up in the UK, any news on that front?
