Rupert Grint To Voice Character On American Dad?July 27th, 2011, 7:51pm–It was discovered today that Rupert Grint was in Los Angeles recording his voice for an episode of American Dad. According to the profile of the person who posted it, they claim to be a post production supervisor on the show. (Confirmed on IMDB as well.) We are checking with his reps to be sure however! In other news, the makers of the Harry Potter video games released another video. This show never looked all that when I see it advertised on Fox, but if it turns out to be true I’m so watching. 😛

I’ve watched American Dad many times. Not my favorite show, but I’ll be watching it if Rupert is on!!

I really like the show. Family Guy is better. I’m glad he doing more voiceover work. I want him in front of the camera but from his past work I’m so surprised he’s not done more like this.

talley…I agree, Family Guy is much better!! Too bad he’s not doing that! American Dad makes me laugh, but if something better is on, I won’t watch it. If Rupert does a voice for it though, it may be my new favorite show! 🙂

I tweeted Scott Grimes (one of the voices on American Dad) and maybe he will reply (yeah right) 🙂 It’s worth a shot! He’s also ginger 😀

btw Just because he’s on American Dad doesn’t mean he has to have an American accent in fact I wouldn’t doubt he plays himself. And awwww at Tom.

Maybe sinse he’s in LA he may be planning to be on some American film/show. I mean, otherwise they’d just let him record it in the UK. Speculating is fun.

Sorry, talley and Linda, but American Dad is waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than Family Guy. No easy cutaways, and they have actual plots. I’m really psyched that Rupert’s doing a voice on it.

American Dad even did an episode where Roger the alien tricks Steve into thinking a crack den was the American branch of Hogwarts!

Two thumbs up for knowing the history of the disease and an open-minded approach to a difficult scientific problem. Both are necessary for research to succeed.
