Re-launch of Rupert Grint Biography!

Re-launch of Rupert Grint Biography!June 2nd, 2011, 8:18 am– With the premiere of Rupert Grint‘s film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 – and therefore the end of an era – only a month away, we are delighted to re-launch our subsite Rupert Grint Biography!

Due to some person’s malicious behaviour, we lost both our Biography and Press Archives at the end of last year, and we spent the last few months not only retreiving the old information we had assembled, but also decided to bring back to you a bigger and better Biography!

As before, you will find (in a new order, sorted by categories for easier access) various facts about Rupert, as well as Quotes – by Rupert and by people who have been working with him! These pages have been updated with both old and new facts and quotes, so make sure to read them again!

A new category are the pages about Rupert’s Work, including his films, photoshoots, charities, his awards and his tributes to others. You will also find our highlights: Rupert’s Foreword to the book Harry Potter Film Wizardry and his personally-written review of the Fuji Film W1 3D Camera.

And finally, as the title “Biography” suggests, you will find an actual, hand-written biography, the Grint Tale, including major and minor events of Rupert’s life. The Biography has been divided into 7 chapters, and we are currently in the middle of “Chapter 7) Spreading his wings”, which we will continue to update over the upcoming months – until it is time to start Chapter 8!

As we decided to launch today so you can spend the remaining weeks until the final Harry Potter release to take a look back at the past, we have not quite finished the timeline, but will update that in the near future, so keep checking back!

In addition to the new contents, our Biography has a new look, thanks to the lovely Flor from Sweet-Revelation.net, who had already given our Gallery a new layout earlier this year.

So, best head over right now to enjoy our new

Well, credit for the Press goes to Tao.

And I have to say, while it was a lot of work to get everything back and find even more new old information, it was quite a bit of fun as well. 🙂
