Rupert Grint in Red Nose Day Comedy clip!
As it was announced a while ago, Rupert Grint appeared today in a comedy sketch, which was part of Red Nose Day to raise money on behalf of Comic Relief.
The clip, which was aired on BBC, also stars Tom Felton, Paul McCartney and Keira Knightly, George Michael, Rio Ferdinand , Dermot O’leary , Gordon Brown, Ringo Starr, Justin Bieber, JLS and was written by comedian James Corden.
In the sketch we see the celebrities in the same meeting room arguing over who should go to Africa to make a film about the work of Comic Relief. Rupert offers himself to go and his reaction is hilarious as the others won’t let him go on is own, because they think it would be better to have Emma Watson or Daniel Radcliff with him. We are waiting on a video to appear online as I type this. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we can share it with the fans who aren’t able to watch the HP Marathon! Stay tuned for all the videos from tonight’s movie viewing. And isn’t it fun to see Rupert small and cute as a young Ron Weasley? Continue reading
Rupert Grint: Harry Potter Updates!
While waiting for Rupert Grint‘s Harry Potter and the “Deathly Hallows: Part 1″ to hit DVD and Blu-Ray in April and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ to hit theaters in July, we can enjoy some news about the franchise. The first thing is a new book coming out called Harry Potter Page to Screen – The Complete Filming Journey. US publisher Harper Collins is releasing the book as the follow up to Harry Potter Film Wizardry. While the cover released is preliminary (although we hope Harper Collins knows that any cover with Rupert on the front should stay!) you can still take a look at that here as it may be close to the final product. The book will be 500 pages long and will have all sorts of details with behind-the-scenes knowledge we never knew before including photos of the cast, reactions to Richard Harris’ death and much, much more. The book is slated to go on sale on October 25, 2011. Continue reading
