Rupert Grint On The Green!

Rupert Grint On The Green!March 23rd, 2011, 8:01pm–With the exciting news of Comrade it’s hard to imagine that anything else squee worthy could come up. However Warner Bros. has just released a clip of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 Blu-Ray feature of “On The Green” with Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, Oliver Phelps and James Phelps. In this clip though it is only Rupert talking about the end of filming the series and what he’d miss most. He also talks about Ron and how he doesn’t envision himself as Ron any more. There is also a moment I think us fan girls (and boys!) will like where the wind blows Rupert’s hair to the side and there is almost a Malachy-esque moment with his hair! Check it out for yourself below:

In other news, Sir Paul McCartney has added a behind-the-scenes video of the Red Nose Day sketch that he did along with Rupert. In it we see Rupert and Tom doing the sketch with Paul! You can view it on his site here.

Don’t forget to keep voting for Rupert in Best Male Performance, Best Fight Scene and Best Movie at the MTV Movie Awards. You can also nominated Rupert with Wild Target in Best Comedic Performance by adding him below the list of pre-nominees!

I don’t think that there’s any way to measure his adorableness!

In fact, Karo, the T-shirt itself is not the thing, but the chest inside is

True, Minnie! lol But the shirt still isn’t bad either.

I want that shirt. LoL

Awww, great interview, but a bit sad about him not seeing himself as Ron anymore when he reads. It has been such a big part of his life. Hard for me to imagine he can read the books and not see himself as Ron. But maybe that’s a good thing. He’s ready to move on. And I think “Comrade” is a really clever next step. 😀

I think it takes alot of imagination for him to still see “his” version of Ron despite playing him all these years. Very sweet IMO. Why couldn’t they just keep filming as he was walking in front of them? Grrrr. His shirt looks slightly differnt than the one we see him in in that quick bit with the others. Like he’s wearing another shirt underneath in that one and not in this. So maybe a different part?

I actually think it’s a good sign that he doesn’t think of himself anymore. In my opinion, it’s best when actors see their characters as other people, and not just as themselves. That means they’ll try to ‘be’ a completeley different person, morphing themselves into that other person instead of merely reading their lines and acting as if they were playing themselves. So I’m actually happy that he said that. I think it means he’s evolved as an actor 😛
