Rupert Grint: Exclusive Wizarding World Press Conference Coverage; And Rupert Covered In Ice Cream?!
Our webmiss,Tao, as well as staffers Jo and AJ, are currently having a bloody good time at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida! They’ve been there to cover the event for us, and are checking in regularly with the rest of the staff. Earlier today, AJ and Jo were in attendance for the press conference with Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, Tom Felton, and Michael Gambon! So, we’ve got nearly half an hour of press con goodness for your viewing pleasure on our ICMExclusives YouTube channel. It’s split up in three parts; Part One, Part Two and Part Three. Be sure to check back in again later on in the days to come, as I’m sure we’ll be getting more cool stuff to share with you, possibly a little something that is extra awesome.

Rupert Grint: Wild Target Promotion for today’s release!
June 18, 2010, 12:04 am– Today, Rupert Grint’s film Wild Target is on general release in the UK! The media for this film continues to pour in, and the excitement is mounting. Mymovies.net has posted a new clip. In this clip you can see the scene that occurs around that famous burned-out door. The clip shows Victor (Bill Nighy) attempting to coax Rose (Emily Blunt) out of a room from which she is attempting to escape. Tony (Rupert) shows up and they lead Rose down the stairs blindfolded. There’s a serious gap in communication that leads to hilarious results. The new clip can be viewed here. Rupert Grint: Updates from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
June 17, 2010, 3:39 pm– More news from the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Our own AJ was at a press conference this morning where she managed to ask Rupert Grint two questions! He was at a press conference with Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton. Here’s what she has to say:
My first question was regarding his favorite part of the WW. He responded that he liked the pubs.
Second question, I told him that the FANS at Rupert-grint.us wanted to
know if he was excited that his film Wild Target was coming out in the UK
on Friday.
He didn’t know (it was so funny), it was a surprise to him that his movie
was coming out. He said he thought it was today (I said, noooo, tomorrow.)
Dan said something to the effect of them being so busy, that they loose
track of days.
AJ goes on to tell us that she then went on to a press conference with James and Oliver Phelps, Bonnie Wright, Matthew Lewis, and Warwick Davis where she got to include more questions and comments. She even enjoyed some butterbeer! She tells us that she has some great pictures and videos, so keep checking the site!

There is also a really EPIC video that shows the cast on stage officially opening the park. There is some magic, some light, and a lot of fanfare. You can check it out here.
Finally, MTV caught up with Rupert at the opening and has a brief interview with him which includes feelings on filming the last scene for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows which you can see here.

Rupert Grint: Wizarding World Grand Opening!
ICM caught up with Rupert Grint at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Grand Opening Celebration where we wished him luck on the upcoming release of his new film Wild Target. Rupert was delighted to see the fan support and replied with a big a thanks and shot out to ICM! Staffer AJ was able to catch the moment on film and squeeze in some coverage that includes his Harry Potter co-stars Matthew Lewis, Tom Felton, James Phelps and even JK Rowling! She looked lovely!!! After a brutal stint with the Men in Black at the Half Blood Prince premiere last year AJ finally got her new photo with Mr. Grint too! So congrats to AJ and today sometime we’ll be sharing those photos and more stories with you after the press conference which is only hours away! And for those of you who are regulars you might want to join us in the forums for some additional news that you’ll sure love to hear!!
Exclusive: Rupert Grint to be in Orlando until Saturday!
June 16th, 2010, 3:54 pm– Good news for everyone who will be at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Orlando later this week! We have just received word that Rupert Grint will be at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and out and about in the area until Saturday! So all those of you who were worried, keep your eyes open and you might be able to catch him! If you do, we would be glad to share any pictures, videos or whatever with the fandom, so send them in to staff@rupert-grint.us! Our staffers Jo and AJ have already arrived at Orlando and Tao is on her way, and AJ has left us a message on our Facebook: “Hey guys, just got finishing chatting with the Univeral Creative’s Thierry Coup and Mike West about some of the main attractions at the park, as well as, The Forbidden Journey.
