Rupert Grint: ICM Attends Wizarding World Of Harry Potter Grand Opening Evening Reception!

As you know Ice Cream Man was invited to take part in the week of festivities leading up to the Official Public Grand Opening Event of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

On Wednesday, June 16th, media and guests arrived to the Grand Opening Celebration Evening Reception via the red “carpety” carpet and was immediately greeted by Hogsmeade villagers who passed out lit wands, served up Butterbeer and enticed visitors with lots of yummy Wizarding World treats like, Cauldron Cakes and Chocolate Frogs.

ICM was able to capture video and images of many of the arrivals, such as, David Heyman, Warwick Davis, James and Oliver Phelps, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis, Bonnie Wright, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and even J.K. Rowling! Continue reading

Rupert Grint: New Radio Interview with Capital FM

June 19, 2010, 5:40am– With the release of Wild Targetin the UK yesterday, interviews with Rupert Grint has been coming in thick and fast. Here’s another radio interview Rupert did with Capital FM’s Kevin Hughes, who he met at the Empire Awards. In this interview, Rupert talks about how making Wild Target was fun! He says that shooting someone’s ear off was a highlight for him.

Rupert also says that he is looking ahead to see what he can do after Harry Potter. Further, he describes Deathy Hallows a war film. At the time of this interview, he hadn’t filmed the epilogue scene but has had tests with the makeup and says that he looks like Donald Trump.

Rupert hinted that he might be going to the V and Reading Festivals this year. We’ll be on the lookout when these festivals come around. Listen to the interview here.

Rupert Grint Wild Target Interview with BBC Radio!

To promote his latest film Wild Target Rupert Grint is interviewed by BBC radio where they acknowledge the fact that he is taking his acting career seriously! In the interview portion it is quite funny as Rupert talks about his bathtub scene and how his character Tony has to stand up and expose himself! In between laughs he explains being apprehensive about it and how the scene played out with his co-star Bill Nighy. Rupert also says that Emily Blunt is lovely and he really enjoyed working with her. Rupert Grint: Guardian Fashion Photoshoot!

We have loads of Rupert Grint goodies to last us for several weeks it seems. We aren’t even half way finished with our Wizarding World coverage and now The Guardian has released a brand new interview complete with a new gorgeous photo-shoot of Rupert dressed to the nines! Excerpt: In the interests of fashion, Rupert Grint is reversing into scratchy undergrowth. On a break from filming the final two Harry Potter films, the sleepy-voiced 21-year-old, who has spent nearly half his life as Harry’s sidekick Ron Weasley, has the air of a student just emerged from a long lie-in. But in front of the camera, his hair blazes with colour and his eyes pop out from beneath delicate eyelashes. Gazing from the shrubbery, he looks like an ethereal creature, not quite of this world.
