December 7th, 2009, 1:03pm–Metro UK was lucky enough to speak with Rupert Grint at the 12 Annual British Independent Film Awards and asked him a few questions including his romantic scenes in his soon to be released Indie flick Cherrybomb!
The 21-year-old actor, who plays Ron in the successful franchise, said he didn’t work out in preparation for a sex scene in forthcoming film Cherrybomb.
“No, I really wasn’t that worried about it,” he told Metro exclusively at last night’s after party for the British Independent Film Awards. “So, no working out for me.”

I don’t know about U.S but in Europe I can find major UK and US mags in normal newspaper stand. I think you just check out.

What exactly was the point of the last two paragraphs of the Metro article? People are surprised that a 21 year old drinks and that means that he is not well-behaved? Oh, please! He’s not stumbling and puking on the streets.
Yeah I agree, it’s that HP squeaky clean image they bestow upon him even though drinking is completely fine. Geez and his dad was with him lol. Oh well.
These tabloids want to catch the “Potter Kids” doing something wrong so bad! They forget that those “kids” are now mostly adults and are allowed to drink! Even if it were true, can you blame the guy? I’ve been known to throw back a few shots myself!
I’ve said it already that I think it was total rubbish any ways. If he was downing shots, I think he’d have been caught because that’s what they look for. Besides, we already know Rupert is well aware of everything… he’s mentioned how he has to be smart about what he does because people will try catch him doing something very wrong. (And I say, “very wrong” in a loose sense… as it was pointed out, it’s not as if drinking is considered indecent.)
