Rupert Grint: Deathly Hallows, Cherrybomb and Eddie The Eagle Updates
While there are no major news today, we have a few tidbits about Rupert Grint’s upcoming films to share with you! First, videobusiness.com has a report about the new Harry Potter DVDs, along with a new quote about the infamous Horcrux scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Rupert’s performance in it: In one scene, “a horcrux [carrying a piece of Voldemort’s soul] defends itself by producing nightmarish visions, and one shows Hermione and Harry embracing and kissing,” explained Yates. “It’s something intriguing and sensual for Rupert to react to, and Dan will be bare for that.” Other sites have been reporting that Rupert’s co-star Daniel Radcliffe would appear naked in this scene (despite the fact that Dan’s representatives had denied these rumours a while ago). Rupert Grint Talks Ron And Stunts In New Interview!
Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson were recently interviewed by HP Brazilian site Vira-Tempo about Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and and what its been like filming The Deathly Hallows! Rupert talks about Ron’s wardrobe and stunts! On the Blu-ray and DVD release, you get put through paces by the stunt guys for the extra features. What was that like? And is that something you asked for specifically or did they just say you’re going to be doing this as a DVD extra? Rupert: It was in preparation for the Quidditch and flying scenes because I’m not really the most athletic person. I didn’t know if it would help but I got a bit of trampoline training to get my fitness up and it just gives you an idea of what it’s like to fly. And I think it was quite helpful and it was good fun. And the whole process of the Quidditch is quite uncomfortable to film but it looked really cool in the end.

For the promotion of the Half-Blood Prince DVD release Canadian news channel CTV interviews Rupert Grint and his Harry Potter co-star Daniel Radcliffe from the Deathly Hallows film set. In this short interview Rupert once again talks about how sad it is going to be once the Harry Potter filming ends but admits he is kinda ready to move on.
