Rupert Grint: Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince DVD Trailer!

2199z7dOctober 24, 2009, 9:37pm–Thanks to Oclumencia, we now have the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD trailer which features a small bit of Rupert Grint doing stunts for his quidditch scene! You can see the video here. The trailer also talks about other features including footage of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! The DVD will be out on December 7th and will be available on blu-ray, a 2 disc special edition (both of which will feature Rupert’s stunts) and single discs in widescreen and fullscreen (and most likely neither of this will feature Rupert’s stunts as an extra). You can pre-order them on places such as amazon.

Reminder: Don’t forget that today is the last day for submissions of Grintastic! Send your submissions to grintasticonline@googlemail.com!

UPDATE: Thanks to SnitchSeeker you can see a better quality of the trailer here!

  1. Tao says:

hehe Rupert is too adorable for words. I am so going to enjoy the stunt feature!!!

  2. Laura says:

Is that Rupert is a tight black tshirt……*pervs*

  3. talley says:

Was that Rupert on the cart thingy? Right when it says see what they do when not filming.

  4. Tao says:

LOL I dunno Tally! It’s hard to tell with a beanie on his head… Maybe an extra little Rupertness?

  5. Laura says:

In the cart is one of the Phelps twins.

  6. Tao says:

Really? He looks too short to be a twin. lol I was going to go with Tom…

Can anyone make screencaps of the Rupert part? :)

  7. Rozali says:

Hello, thurrr. I see you Rupert. All strapped up. ;)

Damn, they made HBP seem so epic in their trailers, lol.

I need to get Blue-Ray. Must have my BTS and Special Features. Parents, you better get ready.

  8. Tao says:

The two-disc set should have them too, Rozali. I don’t think anything will be missing for a change. But we may know more closer to the date. Just don’t but the single set versions… those won’t have any extras!!

  9. suzeeq says:

I thought the 2-disc special edition was Blu Ray. The single discs are the regular dvd’s.

  10. Rozali says:

    Oh, alrighty. Cool :D
    Pssh, single-set versions. That so…early 2000s. =P

The DH preview should be interesting. And Matt Lewis’ cast segment looks like it’ll be great. I love candid actors!

  11. Tao says:

Nope. I would post the links, but they’d take up too much room in the comments. (Perhaps later I’ll spice up the post with them.) But if you go to Amazon and type in “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince dvd” you’ll see the different ones. Single widescreen/fullscreen, the two disc, and then the blu-ray. :)

  15. Silvia says:

Here is coming November 17! CAN’T WAIT!!!

  16. Karo says:

lol Tao, do you remember my ranting about those thousands of different HP DVDs?

  17. fleur says:

cant wait for rupert tdayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy at the “rally” ;D :D

  18. AJ says:

The beenie guy is definitely a twin, I think James, because wasn’t he working
as a runner on the film?

Rupert all strapped up…..I’ll leave it there.

Awwww, Matt and Alfie. I adore them together. Much of stuff about the young cast
in the GoF dvd was shot by Matt, so I can see him acting as host.

  19. awk says:

when is the DVD is coming out?
