Deathly Hallows II To Begin With Malfoy Manor!

Red alert Rupert Grint and Harry Potter fans! Several Harry Potter websites report this morning that actor Joshua Herdman, who plays Gregory Goyle in Harry Potter movies (and who was also in Thunderpants with Rupert Grint) attended a fan convention Muggle Mayhem a few weeks ago, and revealed that the ending point for “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part I” would be the scene just after Harry, Ron and Hermione are captured by the Snatchers. Thus, “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part II” would begin with Malfoy Manor scenes. Of course, it is too early for an official confirmation, because the director David Yates and the producers might decide to change this decision later on. Still, what do you think, is this the best place to split Deathly Hallows? Join our forum discussion here (so far we have 369 pages worth of DH debates)! Continue reading

Rupert Grint: Forum News And CD Reviews!

Our forum, also known as Rupert Grint Lounge was only launched in August last year; and today we are happy to greet our 500th registered member, Mana Weasley! At the moment, this is surely the craziest, most active and most dedicated Rupert Grint-only community on the Web, with an average of 160 registered members active every day, plus casual visitors. We don’t shy away from adult topics, and the debates tend to get rather heated from time to time, but at least they’re never boring! So, if you haven’t joined our forum yet, what are you waiting for? You’re missing all the fun! In other news, Rupert is mentioned in this CD review: the Telegraph’s music critic Alexis Petridis reviewed Tinchy Stryder’s latest CD and wrote a hilarious spoofish story in which a music biopic is filmed with Tinchy Stryder playing himself. In Petridis’s spoof scenario, “Two clueless middle-class kids (Rupert Grint, Nicholas Hoult from Skins) set up their own rap promotions company in Norfolk. They alight upon an unsigned east London rapper, funding his career with contributions from their grand-parents (Leslie Phillips and June Whitfield) and the local Catholic priest (Rowan Atkinson).” Continue reading

Wild Target Soundtrack To Feature Liam Shachar

Rupert Grint’supcoming film Wild Target, where he plays the unlikely apprentice of a professional assassin, will be accompanied by a soundtrack featuring DJ Liam Shachar’s work “The Waves.” Shachar’s Facebook page recently included a blurb stating that:
My track “The Waves” is gonna be featured on “Wild Target” a new film by director Jonathan Lynn and staring Bill Nighy and Emily Blunt.
This track sounds very sexy, and is a good house jam mixed with some sultry vocals and a little electronica feeling. It will probably make for some very good background to the actions sequences we’re sure to see in Wild Target.

For more info on Liam and his music, you can check out his website myspace page, facebook page, twitter page. Continue reading
