August 30th 2009, 12:23am–An acting show-reel on Rupert Grint’s Cherrybomb co-star Kimberley Nixon has just been released by vimeo.com and we are lucky that it happens to include a couple of unseen clips from the film! Both scenes are pretty lengthy so if you don’t want to be spoiled you’ve been warned. The first scene begins about a minute and a half into it and both include Malachy! We know many of you have been working so hard on this campaign, so you deserve this! Thank you to the lovely Laura! She also uploaded them for us on youtube. You can view them here!

I nearly pissed myself.
I was like “oh let’s just check this out..” and then BAM!!! malachy’s sexy voice is coming out of my boxes. Good lord. Tears literally sprung to my eyes.
I’m loving the subtle Malachy/Michelle sweetness/angst.
And omg the look that Luke and Malachy give to each other in the beginning. Can you say SEX.

Both clips are so amazing tho. he is transformed in this movie, it amazes me how good of an actor he is that he looks, sounds and moves in a different way. I love that beggining with mal and luke standing close to each other and giving each other that look…
I can’t get over how different he looks and sounds, he’s amazing…I love that I don’t see not even one little hint of Ron or Ben or Rupert himself. that right there is Malachy and damn is he hot!

It’s not always that high pitch, but definitely he says her name with this almost whine with a bit of moan. My mind would just crack a whip when he called her name.
IMO, I think he’s “WHIPPED” to a point by her. So to me it’s as if she has his *clears throat* in a vice and is leading him around by the …..like a puppy.
If he said anyone elses name, it would have been straight, but when he says her name it’s like, Micheeeeelllllleeeee…. *as AJ makes whipcracking sounds* Hehehehe….

These videos only made me want to see more Cherrybomb, because, I have to be honest, it’s so clear they were choosen by Kimberly’s agent. She looks wondeful and they have very special scenes of her on them.
But what about Rupert?
Soooooo litle of him on them, that when I finished to watch I was a LOT disapointed.
Althougt, the movie looks very good and by what ICM’s staff, that already watched it, it’s really amazing, with Rupert acting more than brillantly on it, I have to leave my oppinion here that the marketing over it is being doing all wrong!
Now, after HBP released and with the amazing reviews Rupert got on it, they should point this out a lot and loaud, basing all the strategy on him:

See, this is why you all need to travel to LA with me so we can see Cherrybomb together. The movie is just AWESOME. Rupert is perfect. I mean, if you guys had seen the scene before. I’m with AJ, it’s one of my favorites. Rupert’s energy is so into the character… and I love him. You just forget that he’s Ron. That he’s Rupert. He is just literally Malachy!
The bedroom scene is funny to watch when there isn’t a crowd of people laughing.
