The only way I can see the battle of the astronomy tower making any sense is that it shows the Carrows (sp?) and such breaking into the school and taking over.

Actually it was the battle at Hogwarts that would be repetitious, not necessarily any scenes like the Burrow. I disagreed with the decision and it especially is bad if they are going to re-add it in DH1. What’s the point?! :\

Well now that they’ve split DH in two films I guess they can add all those scenes that should have been in HBP… though I don’t understand why they need the Astronomy Tower battle in DH 1 if Heyman’s reason for omitting it from HBP was to “avoid repeats”. *duh*
