July 10, 2009, 11:54 AM–Rupert Grint has just appeared on The Today Show, as a part of the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince promotion! Daniel Radcliffe also appeared on the show, but they were interviewed separately. Rupert talked about various things, and confirmed that it was Daniel and not him who had a crush on Emma Watson when they were younger. Watch the interview on Youtube here, courtesy of Magical Three!
In other news, Movie Tickets has announced that Half-Blood Prince is set to top their Advance Ticket Sellers of All-Time list, with over 500 screenings in the US already sold out! Also, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution today announced the availability of exclusive Harry Potter content on the iTunes Store. The fans can download for free an exclusive podcast titled “Being Me Has Its Privileges” featuring a scene from the film, hosted by Daniel, Rupert and Emma. Read their press release here. I think Rupert was great at Today show!
He is showing much more confidence lately ad I just want to say, don’t be afraid Rupert, we’ll be always by your side!
And I never watched this show before, but I loved how the ladies treated him saying many times he’s adorable and that they adore him.
Also they had a good dynamic. They got good answers of him.
I thought was sweet that the ladies were worried about his heath and I couldn’t help to laugh when they say it was better to him keep the distance!

Okay, I haven’t watched everything yet so, I’ll be back with more comments later, but I just want to say I let my tape run this morning and went through the whole show and Rupert wasn’t on. I saw Daniel, but they didn’t show Rupert. I wanted it on my tapes collection, too! Well, at least I have it online. Off to watch.

I had to leave before he came on but saw it on YouTube. He was brilliant. He has been doing really well in his US interviews. I love it when the women all gush over him!! Makes me so happy…I need to hug someone!
Rupert was, as the ladies on the Today Show kept saying, “adorable!” He is just so terribly sweet!
He didn’t say it wasn’t him who had/has a crush. Sounded more like he was dancing around the question and then pawned it off on Dan. He giggled adorably and got a bit flustered when they brought it up. The ladies must have needed seatbelts to keep from launching themselves at him and attacking him with hugs and cheek kisses.

Was that Today show interview today? I think he was wearing the same shirt as his other Regis and Kelly interview, but he still looked good.
According to Jo, Rupert recorded his bit yesterday, that’s why he was wearing the same shirt.
I think it might have been pre-taped. His hair looks exactly the same as the day he did the Fuse and Regis.
