Rupert Grint Time Out Interview: In The Hotseat!

July 8, 2009 at 2:00 AM– Time Out New York has just released a new interview with Rupert Grint that was done a few weeks ago. In this interview, Rupert talks about filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, keeping souvenirs from the films, being confused for an Australian in the U.S., and what it is like to be the sidekick especially Rolling Stones hottest one. Rupert also had this to say when asked how to avoid mobs of screaming fan girls:

“I don’t know, really. It doesn’t happen much here. It’s mainly when we’re in America when they’re much more crazy and forward.”

Well Rupert better be prepared because we have our own team of crazy and forward American members who will be at the New York premiere! They will be in the crowd and on the red carpet ready to bring you, the fans, the most up to date coverage we can.

UPDATE: Den of Geek has published a review of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in which they had this to say about Rupert:

“Grint’s Ron – who seems to have put in quite a few stints at the gym – constricted by being Harry’s cheeky sidekick in many of the previous outings, gets a real part, which, as the most naturally charismatic of the three, is welcome.”
