June 26, 2009, 6:09am–A new promotional photo of actor Rupert Grint and Jessie Cave who plays his onscreen girlfriend Lavender in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince has been released courtesy of the Baltimore Sun! The picture shows the couple standing side by side with a very eager Lavender clinging tightly onto Ron. You may view it in our galleries by clicking here. The Baltimore Sun has also republished Jessie’s LA Times interview so it seems these two are creating much buzz for Half Blood Prince! Thanks to Snitchseeker.com for the news. Update 2: The London Evening Standard has a wonderful interview with Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) where she talks about how she got the famed part, what her future aspirations are, filming her romance with Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), and even a small mention of Rupert as a member of her “parallel family”.

She adores what she calls her parallel family “, especially Rupert Grint who is lovely’. When we do scenes with all of us, it gets quite giggly,” she says.
