June 07 , 2009, 4:25am–In our last report about comedy Wild Target starring Rupert Grint, Bill Nighy and Emily Blunt, we shared with you news about a new distributor and Cannes promotion! Well now Wild Target director Jonathan Lynn has just updated his website with new information stating that Wild Target is set for completion early June 2009! Even more exciting, Dublin-born rockabilly singer Imelda May, has confirmed her involvement with the Wild Target soundtrack in an interview with the Irish Times! Imelda even went as far to say that the movie was set for release in September of this year. Keep in mind though since Wild Target has now signed up with Vue Entertainment, this could very well change. We’ll do our best to keep you updated on the progress.

Update: A Harry Potter event took place today with several of the cast in attendance, but we wanted to let you know that Rupert did not attend this event despite what some articles have reported.

Oh yeah that song is perfect girl. I like it! Her music reminds me of the 90′s when I was really into the Cherrybomb Poppin Daddies and those swing bands. Love that music.

I want to see Cherrybomb so badly.. Of course I want to see WT too..but honestly,I’m more attracted with Cherrybomb. I know some of you have already watched it in festivals and make a wonderful review about it.
I read in the forum that MAYBE Cherrybomb will never get released T_T

u know they mentioned rupert on the new issue of J-14 but it’s small it says that emma watson doesn’t avoid rupert and daniel radcliffe on set just that they all need to get away off set cause they have other friends too but short but still the title has rupert on it
