May 26, 2009, 10:02 AM–With the promotion for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” taking up speed and the Cherrybomb Campaign in full flow, the time is flying by faster than ever, and there are now no more than ninety days left until Rupert Grint’s 21st birthday!
Hence, we are starting this year’s project for Rupert’s birthday present. We have picked up a discussion that took place in our forums a few weeks ago and turned it into an idea for a present.

    And two weeks of holidays before that, so it’s like… three weeks till HBP for me! :)

    Hehe! I didn’t realize that. Man how time flies! It seems like only yesterday my bff was IMing me saying “I hate to break this to you, but HBP is gonna be pushed back to next summer.” and I’m like “Whaaat? That’s like for freakin’ ever!” Lol!

    Well.. me and my Converses are sooooo in this projectyyy! :D

    And yeah.. time really flies.. never mind the fact I will be seeing HBP only July 24 (premiere in my country)… I bet I will spoiled rooten by that point with all the world premieres and discussions :D

    Yes, I don’t own any Converse, but I’d still love to leave him a message on a card or whatever you guys are putting together. I’m doing the Blag project, though. I just have to get my pictures developed and borrow my brother’s scanner. Wow. Three movies coming out and he’s turning 21 all in the same year. You GO Rupes!

    Oh, God!
    I don’t know if it’s funny or it’s weird but I had an idea for a Birthday project yesterday and I would send it to you today when I saw this one!
    Anyway, now I think it will be a lonely one person project. :/

    Oh, Dunigan, I loved the idea of the converses mosaic.
    My idea is very personal but it also fits so well in somethings I could see and read around you girls.
    If I have time to finish it I’ll definitely send to you. ;)

    Here in Brazil, he already can marry without the consent of his parents. He’ll be totally legal before law.

    send it on over lilly! i got a side project in the works too but its gonna take a while

    here in the US you can pretty much do everything but drinking before the time you hit 21. marry, enlist in the military, buy tabacoo, etc.

    oh except rent a car, ya have to be 25 for that haha

    Oh, here is almost the same thing, to drink and smoke with eighteen(but lot of the youngers do this, sadly much before :) ).
    Here every boy when reaches 18 is “obliged ” to enlist in the military but just some of them are “choosen”.
    Only to marry you need to be 21 or over.

    AL-RIGHT! Baby’s gonna be old enough to have a beer with me finally! But I was counting on him being the designated driver. Oh, well. Guess we’ll get a cab. ;)

    The photomosaic sounds like a cute idea. I have three pairs of Chucks I can send pics of.

    *looks down* Hmm…wonder if I should clean these up a bit first…now what would Rupert do…

    I’m so busy lately,i’ll try to participate the more that i can :( Is so important to me ,i always wanted to participate of a b-day project (even if is only by checking everyone’s idea).But i’m excited anyway |o| :)
