May 21, 2009, 10:54 AM–Yesterday we posted the first clip from the upcoming summer blockbuster Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, courtesy of Ellen DeGeneres show. The clip featured a scene starring Rupert Grint and Daniel Radcliffe, as Ron Weasley eats the chocolate cauldrons spiced with love potion and confesses his undying love for Romilda Vane to Harry Potter. Today, a longer excerpt from the movie has been released via Sky News: we get to see the same scene, but longer, and even more hilarious (if that’s possible!) Watch it here (just wait for the ad to finish first), and we’ll have a downloadable version soon!

He’s perfect from the first second till the last one and I’m glad that Dan gave him the perfect time.

His voice kills me every time plus him nodding his head. Can I say I love Dan’s reaction to Rupert being so close to him. But what’s up with the sock/shoes thing? Hee hee, look at the trail of chocolates from Harry’s bed toward the window.
Love the scene but it took me a while to remember soon after that we’d get the lovely vision of Harry pulling Ron out of the room. And then, the poison scene! What contrasts for him to do. GENIUS

Harry getting into bed and, realizing Ron is crawling in with him, backs up like, “WTF?”, is hysterical. Dan did good in this scene, too. Rupert owns however. But I love how Ron just crawls right in. He doesn’t stop. He doesn’t care about Harry’s shock, discomfort or personal space. Rupert just goes all the way with that scene. He.Is.Amazing. I am just in awe of Rupert’s abilities as an actor and comedian and his timing and fearlessness. Sigh…I love him.

Ahh! I love the nod! I screamed so loud the first time I saw that. I can’t even believe how good he is. Can this get any better?! Rupert is seriously the fucking best!!!!

anyway, the way Rupert uses his body language, facial expressions and voice in this scene is mind blowing, he’s a genious.

You can tell he’s reaching for some sort of bar or handle at the head of the bed for support to help in smoothly. He’s very graceful about the whole thing.
