I have taken the time to redo one of the best sections on ICM called “Rave Reviews.” Those familiar with the site know of the section, but we have had a lot of new people, and we wanted to share that section, featuring all of Rupert Grint’s best critic reviews for each movie, with them and give a new layout to those who have seen it. The new layout now involves wordpress so updates will be known there and you can comment on that section when new reviews are posted. You can view that here.
Also we have scans from a magazine called “Pretty Girl” that was released recently. The scans contain no new pictures. I am unsure of at this time whether any of it contains any new information. So anyone who can translate, please let us know! You may view those scans here.
UPDATE: More Rupert/Ron Buzz! There isn’t any new information but the Dailystar.co.uk posted a little tidbit about The Half Blood Prince movie with “Ron Weasley” in it’s headline! Again it just shows you how much the media is noticing Rupert this time around! Finally right? You can check it out here!

The rave reviews section looks great. This site is chock full of Rupert goodness! I’m a bit new here, so I hope I don’t step on any toes by asking this. But does the Leaky Cauldron website have something against Rupert and his projects. I was listening to Pottercast and they were mentioning the current news for the cast. They mentioned Emmas plans on going to University, Dan in Equus, but seemed to spend all of 2 milliseconds on Wild Target news. They even seemed to spend more time talking about Tom Felton in a reality show! If this has been addressed before, I apologize, I lurk, but still am pretty new here!

The Rave Reviews looks awesome!! Great job! I love the Rupert picture used which is one of my top 3 favourites. That’s the only problem I have with the main site. Except for the first picture used I don’t really love any of the other pictures used (Rupert always pretty much looks great but other than the first one they are not in my faves list).

You won’t step on any toes, because most of us here have a problem with the majority of HP sites as they do not spend time on Rupert, though his fanbase is just as big as Dan and Emma’s! And he’s doing a lot of projects outside of the franchise, the two newest ones getting a lot of buzz. *sigh* What can you do?

Aquarian I was going to follow up with Tao and she is nice about it but I’m pretty blunt. Those HP sites can stick where the sun don’t shine. Tooo bad for them because while they sit and talk about mediocre acting and fashion show news we have something interesting to say about somebody with some real talent. I have to admit until this post I had sought out the Rave Reviews. So cool and love the layout. Love that picture of him. I read the TP reviews and glad he got so many postive reviews. Why though the same reviewers forget that he’s done work other than HP? LOL I keep thinking of the future and some award show does a montage of his old films and up pops Alan with his goofy teeth and permed hair. Very much like GF did with him.

hi guys, just checked on google translator to see what language those magazine scans were in, and figured out they were in italian. i’d suggest asking an italian hp site (like portkey.it, which is the only italian site i can think of) for an english translation or something. i kind of want to know if rupert said anything new there (and whether or not it’s an old interview).

With the WT and CB photos, I’ve decided I really like Rupert’s hair a bit shorter. The picture Laura posted above is great, and that’s about as long as I’d like to see his hair. I don’t like his hair at all when it’s hanging in his eyes.
Just MHO, of course. I totally agree about long-sleeved shirts/sweaters, though, that one looks fantastic on him!

I have no problem with Rupert’s hair being long for DH since it would fit with what’s happening in the movie. I was thinking more about how he wears it when he’s not filming. The pictures from CB and WT, and even HBP show to me that he looks better when his hair’s shorter. It got overly-shaggy on a couple of occasions after filming was over and I just didn’t think it suited him very well. And then there’s GoF. Didn’t Rupert himself say that he hated his hair in GoF?

I liked his GoF hair, but they did let it go a bit shapeless and it pretty much grew into one length, but one of my favorite parts of the movie is when Snape turns his head around and he then moves his hair from out of his eyes. *guh*

I absolutely LOVED the GOF hair on Rupert, it seemed to have so much body. He’d be perfect for a Pantene commercial! I’ ve never understood why guys seem to have the best natural hair when I have to perm, flat iron, roll, body wrap, and everything else just to get mine to look decent!!
I too have been wondering on what his and Dan’s look will be in DH. Especially when they will be ‘roughing’ it in the wilderness.

They are crediting ICM if you look at the links you´ll find.They translated it.
